Solutions Architect - SWC

Job Summary
Define the main architecture for systems associated with specific applications and advocate for integrated solutions using Rockwell Automation technology. Engage with business unit commercial support to manage technical and commercial proposals for integrated control systems, ensuring alignment with customer needs throughout the opportunity cycle. Be present with the Account Manager during prospecting, qualification, pre-sales, proposal development, and presentation stages to deliver proof of concepts and defend the solution technically. Complete dominion of Integrated Architecture Builder (IAB) tools to support these strategic activities. Submit one application per month to the Innovation Center team, with volume increasing to two later. Report to the Manager, Business Segment SWC. This role supports Rockwell Automation's mission to help manufacturers become more productive, sustainable, and agile through industrial automation and digital transformation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Engineering or related areas
- English in a good communicative level, both spoken and written
- Complete dominion of IAB (integrated architecture builder) and equivalent tools
- Rockwell Automation hybrid policy: work at a Rockwell location at least Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays unless they have a business obligation out of the office
Desired Qualifications
- 5 years or more in commercial or project management roles
- Industrial and technical background
