Job Summary
Design secure architectures, conduct Proof-of-Concepts, and deliver technical product demos for SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and Zero Trust solutions to CISOs and security teams. Support RFP/RFI responses with detailed technical documentation and solution designs aligned to client needs and company offerings. Lead deployment, configuration, and tuning of cybersecurity tools while creating incident response playbooks and integrating with existing tech stacks. Troubleshoot technical issues and conduct training for client SOC and IT teams to ensure solution effectiveness. Requires 3–8 years in cybersecurity pre-sales or post-sales roles with hands-on experience in Splunk, CrowdStrike, and Palo Alto. Required Qualifications
- 3–8 years in cybersecurity pre-sales/post-sales or technical consulting roles
- Strong understanding of threat vectors, attack lifecycle, and defense mechanisms
- Hands-on experience with tools like: SIEM: Splunk, IBM QRadar, LogRhythm, ArcSight, etc.
- Hands-on experience with tools like: SOAR: Palo Alto Cortex XSOAR, Splunk Phantom, etc.
- Hands-on experience with tools like: EDR/XDR: CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Trellix, Microsoft Defender
- Hands-on experience with tools like: Firewalls/NGFW: Fortinet, Palo Alto, Check Point, Cisco
- Hands-on experience with tools like: IAM & PAM: Okta, CyberArk, BeyondTrust
- Hands-on experience with tools like: Cloud Security:AWS/Azure/GCP security tools, CSPM, CWPP
- Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, OWASP Top 10, Zero Trust Architecture, etc.
- Excellent client communication, technical documentation, and presentation skills
