Job Summary
Provide local technical support and design influence for major projects and data centre solutions while supporting the sales team to achieve business targets. Deliver daily interaction with key functional areas, including the Data Centre community, end users, and contractors. Review documentation and submit Bills of Materials for offers, sourcing third-party quotes when required. Conduct customer presentations to guide product selection and ensure all calls and demonstrations are pre-planned with adequate materials. Adhere to PSA procedures, company policies, and Work, Health & Safety obligations while maintaining professional standards.
Required Qualifications
- Qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC or Thermal design and applications
- Experience with the design and applications of Thermal units in data centres
- Experience in performing Six sigma CFD modelling
- Knowledge of AUTOCAD / Revit / BIM modelling
