Job Summary
Solutions Architect at SmartRecruiters who acts as the trusted technical authority for strategic clients, translating complex needs into actionable insights that shape R&D. You will guide AI architectures, data privacy and security governance, and connect client requirements to the product lifecycle. The role bridges product strategy and enterprise consulting, enabling transformative HR technology deployments, building scalable reference architectures, migration playbooks, and enablement content so Sales, Customer Service & Partners can sell and deliver against new capabilities. You will curate industry-leading solutions, influence roadmaps, and represent SmartRecruiters in thought leadership activities, with a focus on enterprise transformations, integrations, and AI governance across platforms like SAP SuccessFactors and Workday. You will engage senior stakeholders, translate complex requirements into scalable technical strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Partners to drive successful customer outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in enterprise SaaS, HR technology, or solution architecture roles
- Strong understanding of enterprise system integrations, APIs, middleware, and HR technology ecosystems
- Experience with platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday or other HCM technologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
