Job Summary
Lead the development and integration of innovative Cybersecurity solutions and service offerings to protect federal networks, focusing on Identity, Credentialing, and Access Management (ICAM). Perform research and interface with subject matter experts on emerging technologies including IoT, Cloud Security, Automation and Orchestration, and artificial intelligence. Work with capture and delivery teams to engineer technical solutions that solve complex Cybersecurity problems and coordinate with threat intelligence teams to design state-of-the-art security controls. Coordinate regularly with senior clients including CIO, CISO, and GRC leaders to shape opportunities for implementing solutions and manage relationships with strategic product vendors.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience designing and delivering technical solutions across multiple disciplines for large, complex organizations
- 8+ years of experience in network architecture and design
- 4+ years of experience with cybersecurity
- Experience architecting Zero Trust solutions, roadmaps, and capabilities in alignment with industry standards, including NIST 800-207 and DoD Zero Trust Reference Architecture
- Experience selecting, designing, and implementing security tools and capabilities for large, complex federal or commercial organizations
- Ability to work with and guide senior leaders and executives to ideate, build, and execute cybersecurity capability maturation
- Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a cybersecurity compliance, operations, or engineering leadership role
- Experience with innovative cybersecurity capabilities, including A&O, AI and machine learning, NGFW, and Big Data
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
