Job Summary
Optimize translation and localization processes by aligning customer technology stacks and mapping requirements with the product team. Lead prospects through proof of concepts, custom trainings, and RFP documentation while supporting Customer Success Managers on complex queries. Provide sales enablement via on-site and remote client meetings, track industry trends, and maintain visibility through trade shows and conferences. Fluent in Japanese with a background in SaaS or ERP/CRM pre-sales is required. Based in Bengaluru, this role offers access to Fortune 500 clients and industry events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
- Clear and efficient oral and written communication in English
- Fluent in Japanese (Native level)
- Experience in working in an international technology business
- Technical proficiency in content-related solutions and systems
- Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Ability to drive multiple projects toward completion in parallel
Desired Qualifications
- Have worked in an SA or Pre-sales role with a B2B SaaS provider
- Experience in working for companies that sell an ERP/CRM product
- Experience in SAAS onboarding
- Hands-on machine translation experience
