Job Summary
Design, analyze, and implement enterprise networking and security solutions including routing, switching, SDWAN, and SASE architectures. Lead technical workshops, develop deployment documentation, and troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues for on-prem and cloud environments. Act as a trusted advisor to sales teams by scoping opportunities, delivering technical presentations, and closing deals through customer engagements. Assist leadership in creating technical roadmaps and identifying best practices for future service offerings. Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and obtain required certifications per professional development plans.
Required Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
- Solid understanding of microservices, APIs, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Expertise in solution design across enterprise systems, integration platforms, and data layers
- Strong background in system security, data privacy, and compliance
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-oriented language
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and infrastructure-as-code frameworks
- Proficient in software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps)
- Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills
- Bachelor's, Technical degree, or related work experience (Network Engineering / Computer Science / etc.)
- Minimum 5-7 years of technical experience with increasing responsibility
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience consulting, designing, implementing, and integrating Cisco, Palo Alto, Juniper, and other Networking technologies (e.g., Cloud WAN / SDWAN / SASE / etc.)
- Combined experience as Network Consultant, Operations, and Administration
- Proficiency with the design, implementation, and configuration of Cisco, Palo Alto, and Cloud networking & security solutions (e.g., Cloud WAN, SDWAN, SASE / etc.)
- Available to travel to client sites upon reasonable request
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred certifications: Cisco – CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, Cloud Networking Certifications (AWS / Azure), Palo Alto – PCNSE
