Job Summary
Solutions Architect to design and deliver modern digital solutions across customer-facing platforms, including mobile and web experiences, focusing on end-to-end solution architecture, microservices, secure AWS cloud implementations, and collaboration across Agile teams. Responsibilities include leading architectural decisions for SPAs and backend integrations, aligning designs with enterprise standards, translating business outcomes into robust technical solutions, participating in Agile ceremonies, and ensuring non-functional requirements are embedded in architectures. Required Qualifications
- A degree or equivalent professional experience
- TOGAF or similar architecture certification desirable
- Cloud certifications across Azure or AWS strongly preferred
- Strong expertise in designing and delivering microservices-based architectures
- Deep knowledge of modern cloud technologies (PaaS, containerisation with Docker/Kubernetes, serverless) and AWS services (e.g., EKS)
- Proven experience delivering scalable APIs and microservices
- Understanding of event-driven architectures and business process management
- Experience with modern authentication/authorization standards (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, JWT)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience working in Agile environments
