Job Summary
Solutions Architect responsible for needs analysis, solution design & development along with business development pertaining to Industrial Automation, Energy Management/Control and Connected Building solutions. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and extensive experience (15 years in a related field or 10 years in technical sales), with travel up to 50%. Role includes developing Go-To-Market strategies, collaborating with Systems Architects and account leaders, and leading front-line business development and opportunity management using Salesforce CRM. Office location in Menasha, WI; typical hours 6:00 am–6:00 pm with flexible scheduling as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering field
- 15 years in a related technical field or 10 years in a related technical sales field
- Travel: up to 50%
- Experience with building automation systems, corporate energy management, and/or industrial automation
