Job Summary
Solutions Architect for NVIDIA's Data Center Infrastructure (NVIS) leads planning, deployment, and validation of data center infrastructure—covering power distribution, cooling (liquid/air), cabling, networking, and telemetry. Responsible for pre-deployment planning, reviewing architectures, identifying risks, coordinating with vendors, ensuring solutions align with NVIDIA reference architectures and regulatory requirements, performing testing and validation, mentoring the NVIS team, and driving continuous improvement across deployments. Requires experience in enterprise/hyperscale data centers, deep technical knowledge of data center stacks (power, cooling, servers, networking, storage), strong problem-solving and communication skills, and travel up to 40%. Base salary ranges to reflect level 3 and level 4 positions, with equity and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, CS, IT, or related field
- Minimum 3+ years in enterprise/hyperscale data centers with deployment experience
- Experience in data center operations or infrastructure management for large-scale deployments
- Strong knowledge of data center stack: power distribution, cooling, servers, networking, storage
- Relevant certifications (preferred)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Willingness to travel up to 40%
- Ability to lead in fluid, changing environments
