Job Summary
As a Solutions Architect (CCaaS), you will be the key technical expert in the pre-sales process, collaborating with the Contact Center Platform Architecture team and potential customers to design customized solutions. Your role involves leading pre-sales technical scoping, providing expert technical support, creating professional services estimates, and articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Essential qualifications include strong experience in AWS connect and CCaS environments, a background in cloud technologies, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers to build trust.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience and certification in AWS connect and/or AWS services
- Previous experience working as a solutions architect in a CCaS environment
- Hands-on experience building, migrating and deploying complex cloud-based solutions
- Experience implementing and supporting AWS environments
- Proven ability to translate customer business objectives into a comprehensive technical solution

- Strong technical background in cloud technologies
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
