Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a role of developing technical solutions for internal use, with a focus on data engineering, application development, and analytics
- Proven experience in designing and implementing complex technical solutions in the data analytics or technology industry
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Strong understanding of data systems technologies, including servers, storage, networking, virtualization, and cloud platforms
- Strong understanding of organizational change management, including communication, alignment, training, and post launch support
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to design scalable and reliable solutions
- Proficiency in architectural frameworks, design patterns, and solution modeling tools
- Strong communication and social skills, with the ability to engage with internal teams effectively
- Strategic problem solver with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
