Job Summary
Design custom document vaults, migrate millions of files, and integrate Box into CRMs for enterprise clients. Advise customers on application design, future-state architecture, and technical implementation while building and sustaining relationships with sales, field teams, and partners. Develop project scope documentation, statements of work, and technical specifications to lead pre-sales scoping and deliver differentiated custom solutions. Forecast capacity, support bookings targets, and create repeatable industry playbooks to drive best practices. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to execute GTM strategy and present detailed technical information to executives and developers. Work from the assigned office minimum three days per week.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of development, consulting, or professional services experience
- Expertise in architecture / system design for cloud solutions (i.e. APIs, DevOps, Infrastructure, middleware, scale limits, rate limits, etc.)
- Experience working with one or more of the following: Python, Typescript, Node.js (MEAN stack), Java, .NET , Visualforce
- You have an understanding of REST APIs and JSON
- You are adept at architecting and designing technical solutions with the right mix of Box configurations/APIs, other SaaS technologies, integration technologies, and partner tools to balance configuration and customization
- You feel confident presenting detailed technical information to executives and positioning ideas to all levels including line of business managers, 'C' level executives, Developers, and IT Architects
- You can handle in-depth technical questions during meetings and sales calls as they relate to implementing Box solutions
- You develop project scope documentation, statements of work, technical specifications, and business requirements related to customer engagements
- You ultimately own the development and delivery of differentiated custom solutions
- A drivers license may be required if you are asked to visit clients onsite
