Job Summary
Design and deliver differentiated custom solutions for enterprise clients by architecting complex document vaults, migrations, and CRM integrations. Advise prospects and existing customers on future-state designs, translating technical requirements into digestible strategies for executives and developers. Develop project scope documentation, statements of work, and technical specifications while collaborating with sales and field teams to maximize opportunities. Forecast capacity and ensure revenue targets are met through repeatable industry playbooks. Work onsite minimum three days per week with a growth mindset to leverage AI and drive adoption of Box's Intelligent Content Management platform.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of development, consulting, or professional services experience
- Expertise in architecture / system design for cloud solutions (i.e. APIs, DevOps, Infrastructure, middleware, scale limits, rate limits, etc.)
- Experience working with one or more of the following: Python, Typescript, Node.js (MEAN stack), Java, .NET , Visualforce
- You have an understanding of REST APIs and JSON
- You are adept at architecting and designing technical solutions with the right mix of Box configurations/APIs, other SaaS technologies, integration technologies, and partner tools to balance configuration and customization
- You feel confident presenting detailed technical information to executives and positioning ideas to all levels including line of business managers, 'C' level executives, Developers, and IT Architects
- You are able to handle in-depth technical questions during meetings and sales calls as they relate to implementing Box solutions
- You develop project scope documentation, statements of work, technical specifications, and business requirements related to customer engagements
- You ultimately own the development and delivery of differentiated custom solutions
- A drivers license may be required if you are asked to visit clients onsite
