Job Summary
Design and define complex technology solutions addressing customer business challenges while engaging partners, vendors, and end customers to develop tailored strategies. Provide technical leadership across high-value opportunities from initial engagement through successful delivery, coordinating internal, partner, and vendor resources. Conduct workshops, discovery sessions, and site visits to act as a trusted advisor throughout the solution lifecycle. Support commercial teams with technical proposals, build stakeholder relationships, and drive adoption via technical enablement. Maintain advanced certifications and champion governance standards. Required Qualifications
- Significant experience designing and delivering complex technology solutions within the IT industry
- Deep technical expertise across multiple technologies, platforms, or vendor ecosystems
- Proven experience working directly with customers, partners, and vendors to develop strategic technology solutions
- Strong solution architecture, consulting, and technical design skills
- Experience managing technical workstreams within complex projects and sales opportunities
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities
- Outstanding presentation, communication, and influencing skills
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to align technology with business outcomes
- Experience within the IT channel, distribution, vendor, reseller, or integrator environment
- Relevant advanced vendor certifications and accreditations
- A continuous learning mindset and passion for emerging technologies
