Job Summary
Applied AI Solutions Architect role focusing on pre-sales engagement for Claude integration at enterprise scale across India and APAC. Responsibilities include translating customer requirements into technical solutions, serving as the primary technical advisor through Claude adoption, enabling Claude API and Claude for Work deployments, creating tailored technical content, guiding architectural decisions, developing evaluation frameworks to measure Claude performance, identifying common integration patterns, and traveling within India/APAC for workshops and relationship-building. Must partner with account executives, collaborate across Sales, Product, and Engineering, and maintain up-to-date knowledge on LLM capabilities. Requires strong technical communication, experience designing scalable cloud architectures, comfort with Python, and ability to work across cultures/time zones. Minimum education is a Bachelor's degree with a relevant field of study; visa sponsorship offered for some roles; in-office presence expected at least 25% of the time.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- 10+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager)
- Experience with enterprise customers in India or APAC
- Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders including C-suite
- Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems
- Proficiency in Python
- Familiarity with LLM frameworks and tools or background in ML/DS
- Location-based hybrid policy: in-office at least 25% of the time; visa sponsorship available
