Job Summary
Lead as the Subject Matter Expert for MetaDefender NetWall across the APAC region, partnering with sales, product, and engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions for critical infrastructure sectors. Design secure OT network architectures, guide customers through prequalification and deployment planning, and lead technical workshops, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements to achieve design wins. Identify new market opportunities, develop business cases, and collaborate with the product team to translate customer needs into roadmap enhancements. Build strategic partnerships with vendors and system integrators, create sales enablement materials, and represent OPSWAT at industry conferences throughout the APAC region. Requires 7+ years of experience in networking and OT, with approximately 25–30% regional travel.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Pre-Sales Engineer, Network Architect, or similar technical customer-facing role
- Strong expertise in data networking technologies and protocols, including BGP, routing, and SD-WAN architectures
- Solid background in Operational Technology (OT) environments and familiarity with industrial control systems (ICS) and common industrial protocols
- Proven ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear business value for customers
- Experience leading Proof-of-Concept engagements and technical solution design
- Strong skills in technical documentation, requirements definition, and business case development
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical engineers and executive stakeholders
- Willingness and ability to travel across the APAC region (approximately 25–30%)
