Job Summary
Solution Architect in the Animation vertical of Unreal Engine Customer Success, responsible for engaging in short-term consulting engagements to assess client adoption needs, demonstrating the Unreal Engine value in animation projects, identifying customer needs and risks, outlining deliverables, recommending workflows and optimizations, collaborating with Sales and Support to develop onboarding plans, mentoring and training clients, giving live demonstrations at events, and traveling up to 30%. Must reside in China and be fluent in Chinese and English. Requires hands-on Unreal Engine experience in animation and 4+ years in customer-facing roles and in animation; travel readiness and cross-functional collaboration are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience using the Unreal Engine in animation projects
- 4+ years in a customer-facing role (e.g., Sales, Support, Training)
- 4+ years of experience in Animation
- Extensive experience with Animation software and workflows
- Must live in China and be fluent in Chinese and English
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time
