Job Summary
Senior Solutions Architect for NVIDIA AI Technology Center focused on foundation model engagements with researchers and developers in Korea (Seoul). Build strategic technical engagements with top universities and enterprises; advise on training and optimization frameworks (Megatron-LM, Megatron-Bridge, NeMo-RL, TensorRT-LLM); promote collaboration outcomes via marketing support and events; guide transitions from experimental code to production-ready research environments, demonstrating performance gains from NVIDIA technology.
Required Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related fields (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years hands-on experience in full AI model lifecycle (pre-training, supervised fine-tuning, post-training such as reinforcement learning, optimization, evaluation)
- Experience with NVIDIA GPUs and software libraries
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Excellent presentation, communication, and collaboration skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English
