Job Summary
Solutions Architect specializing in AI, Python, and data; responsible for designing cloud-native, production-grade AI solutions (LLM-based, RAG, agentic workflows), implementing MLOps/LLMOps/AgentOps, and guiding client engagements from discovery through delivery. You will write production-grade Python for AI integrations and backend services, build ETL/ELT pipelines, deploy models, lead architecture reviews, mentor engineers, and support presales with technical proposals and demos. Requires hands-on experience with production LLM-based applications, RESTful APIs, Docker/Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), and a full-stack mindset across AI, backend development, and cloud infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years building and running production systems
- Hands-on experience building production LLM-based applications and agentic workflows
- Experience with RESTful APIs (FastAPI, Django REST, Flask)
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience deploying and maintaining AI/ML models in production environments
- Experience with AI/ML component integration
- Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock)
- Experience building and optimizing RAG systems
- Understanding of CI/CD practices for ML/AI pipelines
- Familiarity with model monitoring and observability
- B2+ English, with distributed, multicultural collaboration
- Presales & Client Engagement: ability to lead discovery and present architecture
- Hands-on Python across AI integrations, backend services, and RESTful APIs
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) including services like Lambda, S3, ECR, ECS, SQS
- Experience with ETL/ELT workflows and orchestration tools (e.g., Apache Airflow)
- Ability to decompose ambiguous requirements into technical components
- Strong design patterns and clean architecture
- Experience with code reviews and mentoring engineers
- Nice to have: AWS and Claude Code Certifications
- Nice to have: CI/CD with GitHub Actions or GitLab CI
- Nice to have: additional languages (Go, Node.js, Rust)
- Nice to have: Apache Spark, Apache Airflow, Kafka
