Required Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in IT architecture
- Experience in Federal budgeting and investment management
- Minimum three (3) years ServiceNow certification
- Experience in understanding business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
Desired Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-BPA) credential
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITFM, and ITBM modules
- Experience with Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) process
