Job Summary
Lead Workday HRIS and Financials solution architecture by gathering requirements, designing integrations, and providing architectural guidance to development teams. Translate technical concepts into business-focused solutions, assess API usage and integration performance, and drive Proof of Concepts aligned with enterprise standards. Evaluate emerging technologies to optimize workflows and participate in roadmap planning for application features. This role requires extensive Workday platform knowledge and strong stakeholder management skills. Ideal candidates possess 8–10 years of experience, with a focus on translating product vision to the MSP team and ensuring solutions align with business strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Strong Workday architect or solutions architect, not a hands-on developer
- Extensive Workday HRIS/HCM experience
- Broad Workday platform knowledge across HR, Finance, L&D, reporting, and integrations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to translate technical concepts into business-focused solutions
- Self-starter who works independently with minimal oversight or hand-holding
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8 – 10 years of related experience
- Experience with integrations, APIs, and solution architecture
- Some hands-on involvement with Workday reporting
