Solutions Analyst III - UAT - Payments Technology

Lead a test team in the Payments Technology line of business, with day-to-day supervision, allocation of duties, timely resolution of testing issues, and regular reporting. Plan and execute end-to-end test strategy including test data, environments, defect management, and test automation; provide accurate testing estimates in daily scrums; deputize for the Program Test Manager in delivery meetings. Manage stakeholder expectations and enable thorough E2E test execution, identify automation opportunities, and ensure knowledge transfer across the team. Document and execute test scenarios using Business Driven Development (and Gherkin) approaches, collaborate with Operations, Product, and Technology groups, monitor defects and re-testing, and present test results for internal sign-off. Require strong organizational skills, Agile experience, attention to detail, and effective communication to deliver timely remediation and process improvements. Preferred experience with Cucumber/Gherkin, Java, Selenium, and test automation, plus familiarity with financial services testing in a complex, high-volume environment.
