Job Summary
Senior-leaning Solutions Analyst III responsible for data-insights-driven governance program delivery. Build and maintain dashboards and datasets, automate governance data quality checks, and accelerate delivery through AI-assisted tooling. Manage epics in Jira, maintain clean boards, and drive bulk maintenance of the book of work within SLAs. Engage stakeholders to inventory governance tools, ensure data completeness, and run attestation cycles. Collaborate with engineering teams to track actions, present progress of scope and delivery plans, and communicate decisions to technical and non-technical audiences. Bring hands-on analytics with BI tools, experience in AI-assisted delivery, and strong project-management discipline, planning, risk management, and prioritization. You thrive in fast-moving environments, structure problems quickly into executable plans, and maintain accountability from concept to benefit realization.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated project management ownership
- Hands-on technical/analytics work
- Practical use of Data Insights tooling
- Hands-on experience with AI assistants (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot)
- Experience with BI/analytics tools (Tableau, Alteryx)
- Strong planning and scheduling, dependency management, risk/issue tracking
- Self-management of workload, meeting target dates, proactive communication
- Excellent written and verbal communication; executive-ready decks
