Job Summary
Solutions Analyst III for SAP S/4HANA Finance (GL, AP/AR, Fixed Assets) will design, configure, and deploy SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions, lead fit/gap analysis and end-to-end GL process design, optimize month/quarter/year-end close, conduct structured testing, own solution design and period-close orchestration, and drive cross-functional collaboration with Controllers, Finance teams, and global Developers to improve data quality and close cycles. Responsible for documenting business/data requirements, producing functional specifications, and communicating clearly with global stakeholders to enable compliant, efficient financial processes and continuous improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent in solutions analysis or related field
- 5+ years IT experience with strong SAP Finance focus; hands-on SAP S/4HANA Finance experience
- 3+ years SAP FI experience with 2+ full life-cycle implementations/rollouts
- Strong ability to analyze and optimize SAP FI processes
- Expert knowledge in General Ledger Accounting & Reporting
- Experience with Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable and external integrations
- Experience with SAP FI backend tables and debugging
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to write Functional Specifications for FI developments
- Experience with regression and non-regression testing for upgrades/rollouts
