Job Summary
Extract insights from large, diverse data sets to support data-driven decision-making and develop innovative architecture designs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elicit business requirements, document data flows, and provide input on operating systems ensuring alignment with strategy. Manage project dependencies and change control while leading through change in a fast-paced environment, guiding others to ensure timely completion and adherence to established principles. Promote continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements within the Solutions Analysis field. This role bridges the gap between product owners, business, and developers in a Payments Technology environment, requiring 3–5+ years of experience in financial services and agile delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience as Solution Analyst / Software Engineer.
- Experience in Financial services domain knowledge, ideally in payments.
- Strong experience with agile methodologies and end-to-end delivery, including operational ownership.
- Demonstrated proficiency in data fluency, including experience with data extraction, interpretation, and making data-informed decisions
- Developing technical fluency in relevant platforms, software tools, and technologies, with a curiosity to continuously expand technical knowledge
- Strong written communication skills, with a proven ability to effectively translate complex information for diverse stakeholder audiences
- Proven track record supporting high-throughput, mission-critical platforms with low error rates and demanding uptime requirements.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Payments Core Banking ecosystem concepts (real-time payments, participant connectivity, high-availability requirements, reconciliation/settlement considerations).
