Job Summary
Clean and analyze internal and external customer data to compile single, consumable data sets and create companywide metrics. Monitor data quality, maintain key processes, and work with stakeholders to implement improvements. Collaborate with business leaders to identify and develop metrics that track performance and highlight inefficiencies. Document process flows when building business ideas and apply critical thinking to resolve ambiguous issues.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Educational background/coursework in computer science/data science/engineering/information systems/economics or equivalent work experience
- Strong business acumen – financially literate
- Experience in supply chain or logistics

- Develop deep understanding of data from a technical and functional/business perspective
- Compile data from various sources into a single, consumable data set

- Ability to apply critical thinking and reasoning when facing large or ambiguous issues
- Familiar with best practices for data mining, data cleansing and data visualization
- Proficient with data manipulation tools such as SQL, MATLAB, Stata, R, Excel, Python
- Familiar with creating, refining, documenting, and automating processes
