Job Summary
Solutions Advisor at a fully remote law firm. Engage prospects via phone and digital channels in a consultative sales approach. Convert qualified leads into retained clients at a high rate by clearly explaining legal service options, maintaining accurate notes, and following up in a timely manner. Collaborate with legal and intake teams for seamless handoffs. Must be bilingual (English/Spanish), demonstrate warm, empathetic communication, and thrive in a remote environment. Compensation includes base plus performance bonus with significant earnings potential; EST hours; 100% remote role with paid US federal holidays.
