Job Summary
Hybrid role delivering technology consulting and technical support for customers and internal teams. Responsibilities include delivering assigned tasks within project delivery cycles, understanding a broad spectrum of company technology to meet customer requirements, installing and configuring systems/applications, updating firmware and drivers, creating technical demonstrations/presentations, and participating in customer meetings. Candidates should maintain effective customer relationships, contribute to the design of technical solutions, support deal proposals, assist in achieving revenue and customer satisfaction goals, and operate with moderate supervision while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Emphasis on communication, documentation, problem solving, and continuous learning within an edge-to-cloud/IT infrastructure context.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of technical experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related area or equivalent
- without a degree, two additional years of relevant professional experience (total 5-7 years)
