Job Summary
Solution Specialist responsible for prospecting and signing new logos in assigned territory within a remote North America setup. Responsibilities include setting appointments with merchants to present Point of Sale solutions, prospecting by phone and in-person networking, assisting existing clients with add-on services (hardware, software, and professional services), building relationships with merchants to identify needs, communicating the value of Shift4 POS products, qualifying sales opportunities, developing new accounts and growth areas, maintaining professionalism and adherence to company policies, and attending weekly pipeline/forecast meetings. Ideal candidates will have outside sales or door-to-door experience, CRM proficiency, the ability to meet sales quotas, and an entrepreneurial, hunter-like mindset; hospitality experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Willingness to cold-call and set meetings with potential clients in-person
- Willingness to close deals in a fast pace sales cycle
- Requires an entrepreneurial spirit and hunter-like mentality
- CRM experience
- Background in door-to-door/outside sales experience
- Ability to meet sales quotas
- Computer and smartphone literacy
