Job Summary
Solution Specialist for the Screen & Centrifuge Lifecycle Service Line responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, generating leads, and supporting installation, inspections, wear reports, and on-site services. Travel up to 75% within the region (domestic and international) to provide technical sales support, health checks, and data reviews; develop product pathways across the range; conduct audits and reporting; create marketing documents to highlight primary benefits; collaborate with product line, engineering, and sales teams; maintain opportunities in the CRM system; and participate in customer seminars and presentations. Requires the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly, read mechanical drawings, and work with minimum supervision; prior mining/industrial experience and experience with screen media consumable products a plus.
