Job Summary
Solutions Specialist - serve as a subject matter expert in IT security, conduct product demonstrations, lead technical discussions, assess client requirements, and propose solutions from Kaseya's product portfolio. Collaborate with sales and customer success to drive deployments, provide accurate forecasting, follow up on leads, maintain product/industry knowledge, and build strong client relationships. Must be able to deliver high-energy, customer-centric experiences, demonstrate products, discuss business benefits, and navigate the sales process from inquiry to closure.
Required Qualifications
- Experience selling services and/or demoing technical solutions
- General technical understanding of networks, systems, and applications
- Record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in a telephone environment
- A demonstrable ability to manage a sales process
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
