Job Summary
Concierge Specialist in Hospitality/Deployments responsible for end-to-end onboarding of NCR Voyix POS Cloud system; conducts Welcome introductions, system reviews, training, and hardware install sessions in Spanish; communicates with customers via phone, video, email in Spanish; acts as a customer advocate, managing onboarding and ongoing service for up to multiple accounts; requires English and fluent Spanish, strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities; emphasizes proactive, agile collaboration with internal teams and knowledge base support; supports remote/online customer interactions and troubleshooting across POS devices and related hardware/software; aligns with NCR Voyix values and delivers world-class customer service.
Required Qualifications
- High School degree
- At least 1-2 years of experience in performing the same or similar activities
- Excellent initial level of communication and customer support skills
- Excellent functional knowledge of foreign languages required for communicating with customers
- Excellent technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
