Solution/Product Specialist - Data Platform & Cloud (Azure/Databricks)

Job Summary
Contribute to the evolution of the Data Platform by supporting product roadmap definition and translating business and technical needs into clear requirements; collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective delivery; oversee platform operations including access management, governance, compliance, and continuous improvement; act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to drive platform adoption through communication, training, and enablement; support delivery activities such as platform migrations, backlog management, sprint planning, and architecture reviews; enhance developer/user experience by improving tools, documentation, templates, and onboarding materials.
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of cloud data architecture and data engineering concepts, ideally within Azure environments
- Hands-on experience with Databricks, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure platforms
- Experience in IT service management environments, including incident and problem management processes
- Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences
- Ability to collaborate with global cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Familiarity with Python and SQL; knowledge of modern data or AI-related tools is a plus
- Availability to work in a hybrid model (4x1) in São Paulo, SP
