Job Summary
Prepare allergen extract mixtures accurately by following standardized recipes and protocols while maintaining strict aseptic technique and sterility standards. Label, package, and store mixed extracts appropriately, then document lot numbers, expiration dates, and maintain accurate records. Assist with inventory management and ordering of lab supplies, and participate in ongoing training to ensure compliance with best practices. Work under indirect supervision of a licensed physician with full-time availability Monday through Friday, rotating Saturdays if needed.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an LPN education program approved by the respective state Education Department
- Pass the NCLEX-PN examination
- Active LPN license in the state working in required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work independently under indirect supervision
- Familiarity with aseptic techniques and sterile preparation
- Basic understanding of allergen extracts and immunotherapy
- Working knowledge of HIPAA & OSHA compliance
- Experience using EMR software and patient scheduling systems
- Must be computer savvy and familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Excellent patient relations and customer service skills
- Open availability to work during weekdays
