Solution Line Costing Leader (m/w/d)

Job Summary
Lead cost estimation and costing throughout tendering processes; ensure robust estimates align to project scope and identify risks/opportunities; coordinate closely with Engineering, Sourcing, Manufacturing, and Procurement to deliver high-quality technical offers and accurate costing; monitor costs against baselines, benchmark against target costs, and provide variance analyses with recommended resolutions; manage and maintain the costing tool within ITOC and drive digitalization efforts; ensure on-time delivery of costed proposals and alignment with manufacturing schedules; contribute to cost-estimating best practices, strategy, and process improvements to enhance competitiveness in bids.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in sourcing and international costing
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or equivalent from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma) or equivalent experience
- Excellent analytical skills
- Proficient skills in PC, Microsoft Office, Excel, Access
- Fluency in English
- Autonomous in daily operations, team worker and independent decision taker
