Job Summary
Solution Key Account Manager for Hospitality & Residential in Midlands. Remote with travel; focus Nottingham or Birmingham. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, creating CAD visuals, pipeline management, identifying leads, CRM usage, collaborating across functions, and delivering Total Wellness Solutions. About you: 3+ years sales experience, degree desirable, consultative selling, negotiation, CRM familiarity, strong communication, passion for fitness and wellness.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years' sales experience as Sales Account Manager or similar
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Sports & Exercise Science or equivalent – desirable but not essential
- Experience in managing complex deals and selling solutions
- Consultative selling approach and negotiation skills
- Resilient prospector/business developer
- Knowledge of fitness product use and physiological benefits
- Solid experience with CRM software (knowledge of Salesforce is a plus)
- Social media, IT proficiency and digital skills
- Excellent listening, communication and presentation abilities
- Hunger and results-driven mentality
- Passion for Sports, Fitness and Wellness
