Job Summary

Technically-minded, client-facing Pre-Sales role to bridge between enterprise clients and Xendit's product/engineering teams. Partner with Account Executives to design tailored payment solutions using Xendit's full product suite (acquiring, FX, payouts, remittances), conduct technical discovery with CTOs and lead engineers, map client infrastructure, and guide integration from discovery through to go-live. Lead RFP/RFI responses, create integration diagrams and technical proposals, collaborate with legal/compliance, scope and manage POCs, advise on sandbox testing and integration planning, capture client feedback for product roadmap, and work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Global Pre-Sales teams. Requires strong technical fluency, ability to articulate value to both technical and business stakeholders, and travel for client engagements across SEA/global regions.

Required Qualifications

  • 3-6 years of experience in a client-facing technical role, preferably in payments, fintech, or SaaS (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Integration Consultant)
  • Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and SDKs; ability to read code samples and explain technical concepts to engineers
  • Familiarity with payment flows, acquiring, FX, and/or payouts
  • Experience working with regional/global enterprise clients
  • Ability to design technical pre-sales solutions and deliver product demonstrations to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and internal alignment
