Job Summary
Manage technical automation projects for enterprise clients by independently maintaining and configuring automation workflows using No-Code and Low-Code tools like Workato, Zapier, and Make.com. Collaborate with Customer Success to identify user friction points and develop technical solutions, leveraging familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and Claude Code. Execute automation initiatives within the Product Team to drive digitalization efforts for over 20,000 customers.
Required Qualifications

- Studium Wirtschaftsinformatik, Software Engineering, o.ä.
- gutes technisches (Software-)Verständnis bzgl. JavaScrypt / TypeScript / Python

- sicheren Umgang mit Automatisierungstools (z. B. Workato, Zapier, Make.com oder ähnlichen Platformen)
- Vertrautheit mit Claude Code und Claude Skills
- Vertrautheit mit APIs, Webhooks und No-Code/Low-Code-Tools
- Erfahrung im Einholen von Feedback und der Iteration von Workflows oder Prozessen
Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrung in SaaS-, Beratungs- oder produktorientierten Umgebungen
- Arbeit mit Kunden in regulierten Branchen (Bankwesen, Gesundheitswesen, Recht)
