Job Summary
Analyze business and technical requirements to design and document fit-for-purpose solutions, evaluating commercial-off-the-shelf products against custom-built alternatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and IT service providers to ensure seamless implementation, address technical issues, and validate integrations while adhering to defined architecture and security standards. Develop and maintain technical design documents, workflows, and architecture diagrams; assist in defining test strategies and executing data migration solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability. Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned applications, participate in formal design and cybersecurity reviews, and document recommendations to enhance business process efficiency and adoption of standard application features.
