Job Summary
The Solution Engineer position involves partnering with clients to develop technology solutions that address complex business needs across Salesforce's product lines. Key responsibilities include the solicitation of business requirements, development of technical sales strategies, and delivery of product demonstrations. Candidates must have a strong technical background and experience in business problem solving, innovation management, and solution-oriented demonstrations. A Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least two years of professional experience are required, along with solid communication and teamwork skills.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent relevant experience required
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience
- Knowledge of related applications, relational database and web technology
- Solid oral, written, presentation, collaboration and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team to solve technical problems in varied political environments

- Salesforce Certifications
- Previous experience as a solution/sales engineer for a CRM company or similar technology
- Basic programming experience in HTML and other web based technologies
