Job Summary
Own selected manufacturing applications and support their continuous development by collaborating with production plant stakeholders to understand, structure, and prioritize business requirements. Translate needs into specifications and actionable backlog items, then coordinate implementation with development teams to validate solutions against requirements. Drive continuous improvements based on operational insights and user feedback while supporting global rollout and adoption. Contribute to developing testing concepts and quality practices, increasing test coverage for new and existing applications. Support the expansion of automated testing approaches and modern quality engineering methods to strengthen quality awareness across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field
- At least 3 years of experience in requirements engineering, software testing, application support, or a related area
- Good level of English - mandatory
Desired Qualifications
- Experience within manufacturing, industrial IT, or production-related environments
- Basic programming or scripting knowledge (e.g., Python, Java)
- Understanding or strong interest in software development and application lifecycle management
- Interest in analyzing complex software systems and business processes
- Understanding of test automation principles and software quality practices
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, microservices, APIs, or distributed systems
- Structured, analytical, and reliable way of working
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Strong learning mindset and willingness to take on increasing responsibility
- Motivated to grow into a broader Product Ownership role
