Solution Engineer - Integration Delivery

Job Summary
Design and develop production-ready APIs and integrations using synchronous, asynchronous, and event-driven patterns in C#, supported by Bash or PowerShell scripting. Build integration logic, automation components, and CI/CD pipelines with Infrastructure as Code to enable repeatable deployments. Implement technical guardrails for authentication, authorization, and monitoring while owning live integrations in production, including troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and incident resolution. Convert delivery learnings into reusable templates, platform components, and technical documentation. Work within the PA Engineering Platforms Integration team to strengthen reusable integration platforms and shape standards.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience developing and maintaining APIs and integrations in production, including API Management and enterprise integration platforms
- Strong programming skills in C#
- Experience using Bash or PowerShell for deployment and operational automation
- Practical knowledge of REST, messaging, asynchronous flows and event-driven integration patterns
- Experience with CI/CD, automated deployments and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep or similar technologies
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, containerization, observability, resilience, security controls and production support
- A post-secondary qualification in IT or computer science
- Equivalent hands-on enterprise experience (alternative to post-secondary qualification)
- Confident communication in English
- Ability to stay composed when solving incidents and complex technical problems
- Clear ownership mindset
- Ability to listen closely to business needs
- Ability to balance delivery speed with platform standards
- Natural collaboration skills
- Ability to share knowledge generously with architects, platform engineers, product stakeholders and other delivery teams
- On-site position based at Stockholm WTC or Mossvägen in Sandviken
