Solution Engineer

Job Summary
Solution Engineer to mediate between Infobip and customer technical teams; responsible for delivering accurate technical solutions and expertise, integrating Infobip products (including custom-scripted API and SFTP over CPaaS), conducting demos and POCs, documenting meeting minutes, handling security questionnaires, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget, and collaborating with sales and technical teams. Requires experience in technical implementation/solution delivery or project-based roles, strong communication, ability to engage in presales conversations, reading and understanding integration concepts, and knowledge of AI concepts/tools; degree in engineering/IT/computer science/business administration or related field; proficient in English; knowledge of CPaaS platforms and chatbot/omnichannel solutions is a plus. The role emphasizes learning Infobip’s products, solution design, and customer journey documentation; offers flexible hybrid work arrangements and international mobility.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in engineering, IT, systems, computer science, business administration, or a related field
- Experience in technical implementation, solution delivery, technical consulting, or project-based roles
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Basic knowledge of AI concepts and tools, including prompt engineering, LLMs, and MCP
