Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Solution Engineer to join our Solution Engineering team at InEight. The role involves engaging clients throughout the presales process, understanding client requirements, and developing comprehensive proposals. Key responsibilities include conducting solution walkthroughs, executing customer pilots, collaborating with Sales and Delivery teams, and enhancing product knowledge. Desired qualifications include at least 5+ years of relevant experience in a Solution/Sales Engineering role, strong communication skills, and hands-on experience with project controls platforms. Preference for candidates with professional certifications like PMP or PMI-SP.

Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a Solution/Sales Engineering role and/or 10+ years minimum industry experience working in Capital Projects
- Previous experience working in Project Controls, Scheduling, Estimating or Cost Management roles, preferably in the Construction/Engineering industry
- Hands-on experience with at least one enterprise project controls platform such as InEight, Oracle Primavera P6, EcoSys, or a comparable scheduling, estimating, or cost management system
- Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills
