Job Summary
As a Solutions Engineer, you'll partner with Large Enterprise and Digital Natives customers to ensure they achieve tangible business value through ChatGPT and OpenAI API. Responsibilities include delivering an exceptional pre-sales experience, demonstrating the value of solutions, scoping use cases, and managing customer feedback for internal teams. Ideal candidates have over 5 years of technical pre-sales experience, full fluency in German and English, understanding of IT security, and programming experience. This role emphasizes effective communication and a collaborative team approach.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales role
- Full professional fluency in both German and English
- Thorough understanding of IT security principles
- Ability to manage C-level technical and business relationships
- Effective presentation and communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in programming languages like Python or Javascript
- Experience with REST APIs
- Knowledge of network/cloud architecture
- Experience delivering prototypes of Generative AI/traditional ML solutions
