Job Summary
Apromore Solution Engineer role focused on pre-sales technical depth in process intelligence, data engineering, and AI-driven solutions. You will partner with account executives to run technical discovery, design bespoke end-to-end architectures, prototype PoCs, and guide enterprise clients through agentic AI adoption. Responsibilities include ingesting historical event data, building data models and ETL pipelines, integrating enterprise data ecosystems (e.g., Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake), translating prototypes into business cases with ROI justifications, and de-risking deployments with clear workflows and trust guardrails. You will scale engineering impact by creating reusable assets and mentoring junior Solution Engineers, while communicating technical concepts to C-suite stakeholders and IT teams. Educational requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in CS/Software/Data Science or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ Years of Experience in customer-facing technical selling roles (Solution Engineer, Technical/Solution Architect, Forward Deployed Engineer) or technical project delivery roles
- Process Intelligence Expertise: background with process analytics, process mining, task mining, process simulation
- Strong Data Engineering Skills & Builder Credibility: SQL, Python, data pipelines, API integrations
- AI Fluency: familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, agentic orchestration frameworks
- Sales Instinct & Commercial Curiosity: understanding pre-sales in enterprise deals
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science/AI, or equivalent
