Job Summary
Lead technical pre-sales solutioning support by designing revenue-generating recommendations, assessing client environments, and documenting requirements for contact center technologies. Participate in and lead internal and external presentations to C-level clients, technologists, and business partners while delivering demonstrations, webinars, and prototypes. Assist in closing new business and providing solutions support for existing accounts by carrying estimated solution costs through the pricing process and defending complex technology solutions. Serve as the main point of contact for client technical questions pre-sales and during implementation, collaborating with Sales, Development, and Product Management to ensure successful sales closures. Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and product demonstration scripts.
Required Qualifications
- A thorough understanding of costing and pricing contact center technologies
