Job Summary
Analyze customer requirements to design technically and commercially viable solutions for automated material flows, focusing on throughput, space, budget, and integration needs. Develop concepts, layouts, and presentations while ensuring proposals are executable, cost-effective, and aligned with client goals. Support the sales team throughout the project and sales cycle with technical expertise, including creating specifications, system architectures, and documentation. Coordinate technical inquiries with project leadership, service, and external partners. Apply knowledge of AS/RS, AGV/AMR, shuttles, and conveyor systems to optimize intralogistics for industrial, logistics, and transport clients.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant technical education at university level, e.g., in machinery, industrial engineering, electrical engineering, logistics, data technology, or a closely related field
- Experience with solution design, system integration, or technical consulting within automation, intralogistics, or material handling
- Large technical interest and good understanding of automated intralogistics solutions, preferably for both pallet and carton flows
- Experience with 3D layout/CAD, e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CET Designer, and simulation tools
- Fluent Swedish and English speaking and writing skills
- Analytical, solution-oriented, and communicative personality
- Ability to translate customer needs into clear technical concepts and present solutions in an understandable way to different target groups
- Structured, curious, and self-driven personality
- Ability to collaborate closely with customers, colleagues, and partners
- Placement in Örebro, or Stockholm, Gothenburg, or Malmö
- Travel included in the role, mostly within Sweden but also other Nordic countries and within Europe
