Job Summary
Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design across multiple clouds and projects; define integration strategies with core banking and third-party systems; provide technical leadership and design oversight to delivery teams; translate requirements into robust technical solutions and present options to stakeholders in clear language; contribute to ANZ’s technology roadmap with emphasis on CRM and Salesforce adoption; uplift Salesforce capability by mentoring engineers; role based in Auckland or Wellington with a full-time, permanent arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Designer or Senior Engineer with multiple end-to-end implementations
- 8+ years’ experience in the Salesforce ecosystem
- Technical expertise in Salesforce Clouds, Declarative & Programmatic Development, Git-based pipelines, and Integration patterns
- Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Certified Application Architect; Platform Sharing & Visibility Architect; Admin; Developer; App Builder; Service Cloud Consultant; Sales Cloud Consultant
